Someone not knowing the pure minimum on internet and security perhaps just should not use it or ask someone who actually knows more about it than "if I press this button there will be a desktop on my screen, coooool"
A minimum of natural human intelligence can be assumed as well and that minimum actually includes at least a very minimal step to protect your property.

Normally the courts decide for those who used it and against those that proofed that they don't meet the requirements to be declared as "minimal intellgent human beeing able to survive" as they behave far more stupid than needed and desirable and try to blame others for their shortcomming.
