Just found out I steal quite a lot, my neighbour has loads of lights in his garden so I can actualy sit in mine (in some places) and not turn on my lights. Holy Grail! I'm stealing!!!!

Have we all gone crazy?

If some guy has music blasting out, am I stealing?

If somebody's dog escapes and goes into my property, am I stealing?

Sorry, but it's the other way round. If I hire a satellite TV service and then I broadcast it freely to my neighbours, who is breaking the law? If I turn on my TV and pick up a signal that is freely available, how can I be blamed? It's the guy broadcasting who is breaking the law.

I'm a HAM radio amateur and pay a licence to broadcast, had to take an exam too. Is this guy broadcasting an internet WIFI paying a licence to do so? Why is he doing it? Has he at least a permission from his ISP to do so? why hasn't he at least enabled a minimun security?

I think that it's imposible a judge will comdemn you for turning on a laptop and conecting to someones WIFI. I'd say that there is more to this story than someone driving around and seeing if he can connect.
