Hmm, but i would like to know where that reasonable exception line is drawn. This seems a bit unfair especially because laptops simply connect to the nearest thing.
I still believe that the law should be changed to say that any network that does not directly tell the user not to trespass or does not provide a logon should be a free network, otherwise how else are people gonna know?
