WiFi piggybacking illegal?!?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/WiFi piggybacking illegal?!?

This is nonsense! As no property is really being stolen, as the person is no doubt on a flat fee anyway
Not everyone is on a flat-rate, no-limits monthly fee. Some still have to pay extra if their monthly limit is exceeded, or in some other way end up in trouble with their ISP.

I reckon as its conclusion says, cheeky yes, crime no.
I agree with that, though - as long as there's no malicious activity.

You also don't know what the other person is downloading. What if it's kiddy porn, or something, and the cops come knocking at YOUR door? :/
