how to use bcc.exe

Im trying to write a IDE that will take care of Blitz3D and BlitzMax

i've got Blitz3D down to a T, but i dont know much about the BMX compiler and how to use it!

can anyone tell me what i need to know IE

environment paths, passing values ect...
