OpenAL/EFX demo for B3D

I've put a new version up, it'll let you choose which device to use.

Also, if you'd like to debug some info for me, press the RETURN key and a text file will be saved to 'c:\aldebug.txt'

I'd appreciate it if you could post the info from it here, and what sound card/chipset you're using (if you know)
