Where are you hiring from? Because the guys we're hiring are incompetent, lazy, ignoramuses without even the most basic understanding of software architecture (or English for that matter).

Why don't you just write it yourself? You know this place is notorious for abandoned projects and masses of hot air. Just seems like a really odd place to ask for something like this.
Actually you'd be more likely to see it finished if you just got a thousand monkeys and a thousand copies of Blitz... ;)
