Well that depends on how many hours it takes, but yes four weeksa at 40 hours is 24K. You do say "our" though, so maybe you're referring to a team of people.
No. I was reffering to the company I work for. We charge at least $150USD an hour. Most companies charge way more than us tho' - we're about 30% cheaper than our immediate competitors. $150 an hour can hire a 20 members team in China, and they work hard with good quality, not joking.
Where are you hiring from? Because the guys we're hiring are incompetent, lazy, ignoramuses without even the most basic understanding of software architecture (or English for that matter).
