ok, the problem was that it didn't have half the drivers installed :S, trust tiny computers. I used the live update and there was no update for bios but alot of updates in the way of drivers, which has kinda gone wrong. SpaceAce i used a tool from the msi site to monitor the temperatures while the system is running fully, can't remember the name of it now due to the system not working lol. thanks for the help guys.
