What are you using to check temperature outside of BIOS? I ask because your CPU is under almost no load when you're just using the BIOS options screens. Firing up an application or two, doing something mathematically intense, etc, can DRAMATICALLY increase your CPU temperature, which will drop again very quickly once the load is off.
