Just received a fairly major kick-in-the-teeth with my game Buzzword. The company that was going to get it out there for me has done a u-turn. So I guess I'm on my own. Oh well. :)
For the last few years I've always said that I'm in it for the money. Now, I'm even more determined than ever to write another game. But if I'm only doing it for the money (which Buzzword hasn't given me a huge amount of up to now), why would I even consider doing it again?
Well... maybe there's subconsciously a little more to it than money? I don't know. I'm starting to think I'll be writing games til I drop and sticking two fingers up at all the nay-sayers. Its what I do.
