Blenders interfase isnt Hard, its just not the same as the others, so you tend to have to "unlearn" all the stuff that you now think is "intuitive"
If you've never used any 3d modeler before, then they are all just as hard to learn to use, blender just seems a bit more difficult if you have already learnt to use another one
