Gabriel you're free to go your limit, you just get a reduced speed for 4 hours if you do.
I know, that's what I said. Why pay for a high speed at all? If I don't use it, I'm paying for no reason, and if I do use it, I don't get it anyway. Might just as well use a slower speed and spread it out throughout the day because that's what I'm going to end up doing with the high speed anyway.
