Er.. can't you just use IncBinPtr() instead?

Incbin "C:\COH.jpg"

If IncbinPtr("C:\COF.jpg")
	Print "OK"
End If
If IncbinPtr("C:\COH.jpg")
	Print "OK"
End If


Seems to work for me.
