Just figured I'd chime in with a little bit of information. Bloodshed Dev-C++ is not a compiler, it is only an IDE. Many people tend to get confused and believe this is more than that, but it isn't. The compiler is MinGW, a port of the GCC tools/compilers to Windows.
I'm not sure why people always confuse the two, but it's worth knowing, and knowing is half the battle!
