It certainly does require skill..although I'm not 'hooked' enough (nor skillful enough) to play past the first stage/world (got to the one with the squirrel (green?)) before giving up.
I do wonder though - does the game 'assist' the player in hitting the 'pegs' by altering the bounce trajectories slightly to improve your odds of hitting things.
