'aight, got me a nice little MySQL database setup, didn't take much effort.
Anyhow, was wondering, how the heck do you login to phpMyAdmin? I tried setting a password onto my root user, and the thing just tosses me an error altogether, rather than that standard Windows log-on display I was expecting....
(was playing with the phpMyAdmin privileges so I could understand it better, and it would suck if I ever got it online and didn't know how to properly configure it for security reasons ;/)
Going to be making me a blog to start things simple while I figure php all out, this [a http://codegrrl.com/!/tutorials/category/Build%20A%20Blog/P10/]range of tutorials[/a] seems to fit the bill with regards to getting me through that.
(php.net appears to be lacking "learn by example" type tutorials which I prefer to learn by, unless I missed it when navigating there)
