I'm with you 100% here GFK. The annoying thing is the letter (yeah, she didn't even phone me) arrived this morning, and I (frustratingly) can't do anything about it 'till Monday!
Even though I'm sure it is her fault, I can't see how I can get out of paying it. It's really p'd me off. Suffice to say, whatever the outcome, she won't be my accountant for much longer.
