If you fastforward the adverts on your Sky HD Box, that makes you a pirate, cos you dont now have the right to watch the program. (You can leave the room, but you cannot ff)

He means that indie channels receive no money from TV licensing so by watching commercial brainwashing (often called adverts), you are 'paying' for the television you are watching. By ignoring the adverts youre stealing the tv and will go blind in one eye to the point of needing an eyepatch :O) Eh?
