I went from a 1200 to a P133 in around 1995 and never looked back. I loved the amiga in the 80's but it was starting to show its age. Especialy when the apocalypse and Voodoo 3D cards came out.
The only really problem with the PC was that it was still Dos based and setting up games was a royal pain. Otherwise it was a dream upgrade. It was around this time that Photoshop first came out for the PC too, so all those Amiga 2D apps were obselete, same with 3D when you had 3D studio 4 and Softimage (even if it was running in DOS).
