PC Option were good to their word - they collected, repaired and replaced.
And this is o-kay? I vaguely remember the days when all hardware was fully working the minute you bought it... just imagine if cars would be this badly made (they almost are), seat unsecured and lights not working etc when you drive it out from the dealership shop. "No worries, we'll repair those minor things later - and there's no additional charge for that service."
