It's stupid to compare doom on pc to amiga, the pc cost 2-3 as much and sucked arse at scrolling. Its easy to say the pc was better if you pick the 1 genre it was superior at; there's no way a pc of that time could have reproduced superfrog as well as the amiga did it.
