You're going to let them fix it? Pardon my stupidity, but doesn't it tell you something that they send out PC's completely untested? I mean we're not talking they didn't install Windows and leave it running for 48 hours, we're talking they never switched it on to see if it would POST. I'll tell you now, dollars to donuts, this is gonna end badly. Two months down the line the whole thing's gonna kick off and you're not going to have a leg to stand on because you handed away your rights when you had them. Right now, you have a legal right to a refund, but if you let them fix it, you just lost your right to a refund. Anything else goes wrong with it, heck even if it's broken when it comes back on Wednesday and you're left hoping they'll do the right thing because your right to a refund went up in smoke.
