daz3D - poser models which can't be used in their 3d format in a game (see the EULA) but which can be rendered in 2d as images. They also have nice environments. Renderosity is a cheaper site with mostly rubbishy models but there are a few good ones - although the site is not 'work place' friendly to a certain extent.
