Office 2007 is a lot better than its earlier versions. But its all down to personal preference. Ive used both Openoffice, MS Office 97, MS Office 2007 with Office 2007 being the best for me. I really couldnt get used to the layouts in OpenOffice. Office 2007 also now has direct output to PDF.
