arent you fooling your customers that way?
As one of said customers, I can say that I don't feel fooled at all. Fontext was worth every penny and then some. The fact that you can get it for free today, doesn't make my original purchase worth any less. I can't remember what ridiculously low price Beaker sold it for, but it was way less than I would expect to pay a programmer for a days work, and it saved me much, much more time than a days work.Of course for some strange reason people where plenty angry with Rob Hutchinson for doing (more or less) the same with ProteanIDE.
if i know, you're releasing your prdocuts for free after some time, why should a buy it now?
Because you need/want it now, and not in 4(?) years time?
