Name one (non-OpenSource) program that ships with decent documentation. In my experience there are two types of software documentation. Little to none (Windows), or ridiculously much (ABB 800xA for instance ships with over 2000 A4 pages of main documentation and an unknown amount of supplemental or reference material).
