Yeah it could have done with a Strafe control. The GC controls aren't too bad, you can get quite good with them. Of course they are not as precise as a PC mouse but it doesn't matter too much in the scheme of the whole game.
DampeS8N: When you die it says "Continue?" and you can carry on from the last door you came through, this is way better than the other RE games where you DID have to go back to the last save which could have been miles away, through really slow opening doors etc.
