No, it doesnt affect the capability of the language itself, but it's not a moot point. Without a structured discipline, us weak humans are prone to make mistakes that result in shoddy, bugged code. It can be quite easy to tie yourself in knots if the language you're using is too 'forgiving'. :) Cobra
