actually. What I have in my head for the game me and chroma are making, looks exactly like

Only with smoother motion and some other additional things. They are just as clear in my head as this is.

Sure, it doesn't look all that great like that. But I don't really care about looks when I design gameplay. Looks can come later.

The hardest and most time-consuming bit is trying to articulate what I see in my head. I can litterally play the game in my mind. albeit, sans some of the complexity as I can't remember the location of 49 tiles on a grid. I can replace them all with 2 colors and move the reds around, which is one way to play the game. Another is to move the colors into 'piles'.

A 3rd way is to try to stratify the colors into layers and clear them bottoms up.

I'm sure there are more ways.

People keep comparing it to chuzzle.. Aside from the tiles looping around to the other side, and you needing to match them by color. I don't see any likeness. The gameplay is completely different. Seeing as you get to pick when to clear the tiles, and you aren't restricted to how many moves you can make before you clear them.. in chuzzle you can't move unless it makes a match.

It is far more like "The Same Game" only with the ability to move and an 'endless' stream of new tiles.

Chroma doesn't get to decide how the game will play, just how it will work. Which is what he says he wants. So far, he has done a bang-up job. I'm majorly impressed.
