Is this a safe way to clear an array?

I just wasn't sure if this would work:

Strict

Local test$[1]

test = Null

test = test[..1]
test[0] = "hi"

Print test[0]

but it does :-)

and yes I still have the flu a little bit but I'm not using it as an excuse ;-)
