Anyway, I see what you mean, but for me in an IDE, CTRL+F is find, CTRL+R is replace and CTRL+P brings up the print dialogue- and I just checked to see if I was going mad by opening Notepad. :)
...What about pressing ALT, then pressing E then F? :P
