dx 9 not working?

If you go read Gmans thread board you will see that
1) Its happened to other ppl
2) No one knows why dodo dodo dodo (Spooky Twilight Zone Music)

It seems to be a 1.2 problem, so hopeful 1.3 (out last week), will fix it.
