Yep, I took 3 Amega 1200's back because the plastic case didnt have a uniform colour. (Well I took one back, and only accepted the third one they offered as replacement)This was after the woman in the shop had tried to insist that if there was a callout garentee they didnt have to replace it. And I bet you loads of people less beligerant than I am would have accepted that.
