Here's a novel idea - how about not replying at all if you don't know the answer?
Because as I said I had been helping JohnK previously, so specificly looked at his post to see what he wanted AND to specificly tell him to use a better title. Then once I saw what it was that he wanted tell him to do a search.If it had been a better title, then I wounldnt have looked, because I would have known that I didnt know the answer.
