Still off topic, but the disc doesn't seem warped. I spun both of them on their hubs, and they seem true to the eye. There's no evidence of them binding or anything like that. The shudder is still there, but it comes and goes now, which is more than strange. While testing them yesterday, I noticed a bit of fade, so I'm starting to think I ned to change the brake fluid as well.

FC6 went on to my old, spare laptop. It took the best part of two days getting wireless working, via ndiswrapper. Not my favorite OS to work with at all. I'm yet to get BlitzMax compiling on FC6. Still, I recently missed out on a job partially because my Linux programming isn't something I can demonstrate. Still, once it's done I can get back to buiding an OpenGL engine. It's more important to me to actually build a cross-platform engine than get a game out the door, for the programming experinece.
