No matter how you do it, it will probably be crackable by someone with the time to do it. The main problem is that you have to at some point Un-encrypt it, which means that it would be possible to simply dissasemble you unencrypter and look see. When it is said things like "This would take a pc a milllion years to decrypt", its talking about when you have just the data. (As Smith said)
This doesnt mean that you shouldnt make it as hard as possible to decrypt, but definatly DONT remove your licence text.
However, (and maybe Ive missunderstood you so please explain), but you are ripping someone elses ROMS, and then moaning that someone is ripping the ripped data from you?
