Here's a great tutorial for making scratched metal surfaces. I see a lot of this technique used in FPS games. Has anyone seen a good tutorial demonstrating this technique in Paint Shop Pro? It's rare to see a texturing tutorial that isn't complete garbage, I mean, this actually shows you how to produce good results.
