Well can you try this:

Global Width%  = 800
Global Height% = 600
If GraphicsModeExists(Width, Height, 16) Then Print "16"
If GraphicsModeExists(Width, Height, 24) Then Print "24"
If GraphicsModeExists(Width, Height, 32) Then Print "32"


And tell me if it prints any of those numbers.
