F-Once has notes ability and notes are kept in MySQL server and if you forget password's password then you can contact the administrator of the program (me :)
You can access your notes(read: passwords) from anywhere in the planet where's internet connection. It will also have e-mail ability in the next version so you can read them without entering your e-mail username/password all the time when you use another computer because these are also stored in the server.
