I'm happy with all-inkl.com.
Webhosting is fast (PHP runs as apache-service) and somewhat cheap (4,95€+). For 7,95€ you'll get 3 inclusive domains, 10GB space and unlimited bandwith. Service is good, 24/7 mail+phone support. They setup my package and a .com-domain within 3 hours yesterday evening (out of usual business times).
You can get a trial webspace to test their webinterfaces nd speed.
