It works at speed, just fine on vista ultimate.
You know, for someone who doesnt even have this operating system you sure are worried about it. You think people will just jump to vista instantly? I do IT work for a living, I support win2000 users on a daily basis. XP isnt going anywhere. People who upgrade to vista are morons anyways(like myself). The os interface itself is slow, window transitions etc, shit crashes and reloads its annoying.. but if you open an application like blitz its not going go be ANY DIFFERENT. there is the sluggish delay where vista does effects on the gui window loading initially thats all.. there is this slight stutter when running a blitz app... so like.. I donno slows down to 5 frames per second at startup for about 3 seconds then you never have any problems... and i think thats just vista pausing unused services. Stop worrying about whether or not an operating system that is still 2 + years off from standard will affect your project and actually finish the project. :)
