Looks like there is no shader support on the gfx card in your laptop.
When the demo starts the shaders should show:
relfections in the liquid spilled on the floor, nice bright lights hanging under each hanging light in the ceiline (i.e. not just cones of light), very bright windows at the far end wall and reflections in the barrels. Check out the top image for comparison if you haven't seen them already.
