Where? in the splash screen? What do you mean 'under the code comments?'
I think he means any code which is commented out with Rem or ' because I get this too. The text is all squashed up together like the characters are being drawn too close together. It was new in 0.8.08. It didn't happen in any previous versions.
I haven't tried the .09 update yet though.
