t MIGHT need to be a crossover cable (or vice versa). Basically the recieve/send pins are crossed over (or routed straight through, I can never remember which way is what)
Uhm... you're thinking of a CAT5 cable that you'd need for a peer to peer network connection. I think Grey Alien is on about an extension cable of sorts between his PC and an ADSL filter/master socket. Please advise onRJ11 cable for ADSL
