What is wrong with the following userlib?
.lib "shell32.dll"
ShellExecute(hwnd%,Operation$,File$,Parameters$,Directory$,ShowCmd%)

I get a "User lib function not found" error when I use it in my program:
ShellExecute SystemProperty("appHWND"),"open",Chr$(34)+temp$+Chr$(34),"","",0
