Mmm, I got the bulk of my money back.
However, they still stiffed me for returning it to them. That's quite frightening when you consider the circumstances.
If I had allowed them to repair the system they would have done it for free (collect, repair, return). However, to return it as defective and claim a refund, they charge for the return.
So, I am down by £23.50, lost a hell of a lot of time to this and had to faff about with the whole affair.
Still, at least I have £1,468.75 back again.
