I had no idea the accelerometer would be that damned tiny....interesting read, thanks for posting it.
Only ever seen the nunchuk opened up before, and it was pretty much barebones in comparison.
(single circuit board featuring analog-stick/accel, with both shoulder buttons below, the wiring that connects to Wiimote, plastic shell, and that's it)
