Well I just started on my first JOB in I.T. 2 days ago. I am the sole web designer in a 5 person (expanding) computer network and hardware company. I replaced an incompitant employee. Its quite amazing really, I am now getting paid to sit at the pc ;).. And a pretty decent wage too! .. I was chuffed with their offer. Especialy being my first comercial experience.
So yeah I am a web desginer / programmer. Kick ass! Today I had my first linux root access.. oh the joy of using nano. LOL!
Considering my last job was working on a building site, job before that working in a kitchen, I am happy to finally be doing what I was meant to do! Sit on a pc getting fat! lol.
Feel free to share similar stories and experiences, advice, etc.
