I meant in terms of productivity. I can't imagine anyone familar with C++ finding C# hard. It's just so much easier and quicker to work with than C++, and all the nasty stuff is removed/hidden away. Plus AFAIK there is no non-.Net C# so you have the huge .Net framework to use.
